2. We Do Our Own Gear Cutting
   Lehmann Mills has the capacity to measure and recut gears, as required, to provide perfect fit and performance with the new diameters found in reground rolls. This work is done in house, saving the time and expense involved with utilizing third parties.
   
3. We Know Roll Crowns
   Lehmann Mills has extensive data and experience on all roll crown requirements. We can provide the correct crown to meet any product application or custom specification.
   
4. We Do Mechanical Roll Descaling
   Our roll descaling is done mechanically without expensive roll disassembly. Borescope inspection is provided to insure that all debris is removed. This environmentally safe system avoids the use of harmful chemicals for descalling purposes.
   
5. We Repair Bearings Journals

   Our bearing journal repair includes spray weld build up, when required, without additional charges.
   
6. We Grind Roll Bevels
   We grind the bevels on the No. 2 & 3 rolls. We hold the dimensions from the water side bearing shoulder to each bevel, and hold the roll face length to less than .010". This process assures that your side shields line up properly from the No. 2 & # rolls. This prevents spitting and unnecessary wear to your shields.
   
7. We Machine And Grind Side Shields
   Our side shields, new and repaired, feature machined and ground contact surfaces. This along with our experience in matching roll contours and bevels produces a fit so good that in many cases little or no lapping is required.
